Blog Wars
Teresa Boardman of St Paul Real Estate Blog and Larry Cragun of Mortgages Undressed have been duking it out on their blogs for quite some time now. It all started with Teresa's post about box elder bugs which she detests and Larry thought were cute. As often happens in the blog world, posts take on a life of their own and Larry began a "Bugs Undressed" and a "Don't Bug Me" series in which he posts bugs, but really takes the day off from blogging. It's a great idea . . . one I wish I had thought of myself.
The next big jab came when Larry accidentally posted a bathroom picture and labeled it as a living room. Teresa was beside herself with the opportunity to make fun and a long battle ensued which ended with a white flag and truce being declared. But, Larry didn't really know what he had started oh, so long ago. I warned him that white flags don't work with Teresa.
So, when I got this cute little singing bug in one of those forwarded e-mails, I couldn't resist sending it to Teresa to post for Larry. I knew it was just the right fodder for their battle. Check out her post here.

Bonnie - you are beyond bad the way you instigate a fight and then just sit back and watch it all. As always I end up being the bad guy because I just go for it. I asked Larry if I could do the bugs undressed post this week. I even sent him and email before I posted asking him if he will be able to forgive me for what I was a bout to do. He could have stopped it.

That Teresa is a scrpper isn't she? I loved box elder bugs as a kid. I don't believe we have them here, she can mail me hers.
I saw the singing bug on Teresa's blog this morning.

Teresa, Back in my psychology days that would be called acting through. It could also be passive aggressive because you know I didn't mean to cause any trouble. Or I could just be getting vicarious enjoyment from the trouble I'm making. It's safer . . . vicarious, that is!
And yes, Maureen, she is a scrapper!
